They have a very bad work culture where managers impose crazy school like rules. Literally the shift duration is for 9 hours and even if you have no work, you need to be online and the team manager monitors your online presence. I didn't found anything for dislike but one think needs to be improved " The plugged point should be on the top on workstation which is currently below on the workstation. It's very difficult to plug the laptop charger daily basis. It's my suggestion.
