The Digital customer success team is toxic and hostile and i would recommend potential employees to not to join the team due to its toxic team head. The company perks like wfh internet and accessories allowance is good

One of the best company where i worked. Given me a chance to grow and develop my skills.

Firing without knowing the reason all of sudden. That too when i was ill and i have to take care of my mother who is of 87 years old. Which put me in depression i am trying to come out of it. Now its very difficult to get a job at this stage.

People in freshworks is the reason most people stay back for other than the salary aspect.

The Freshworks "Kudumba" culture is slowly being demised to make way for American capitalism & usual MNC politics. Some of the people on the top have no clue of the reality & just want to keep firing in India & hiring in US in the name of efficiency.

Typical US culture of hire and fire 99% leadership is outside India - they take the final call It's not an Indian company anymore Pre IPO, this was a great company. Post IPO, disaster has happened The founder - Girish is also nowhere to be found and might have resigned already

Overall work culture is good but most of team have lots of internal politics.

Lots of internal policies, they layoff bulk of people all of sudden even the top performers were laid off. HR work on favour of higher management. No promotion. Zero job security. No career growth and scope of learning is less in most of team.

After changing the CEO continuous and bulk firing is happening without giving any notice of employees. In a single surprise email they deactivated employees from the work However the company revenue there is in a bad state.

No job security. They recently fired 660 employees- that's 13 per cent of the Total workforce even though the company made an annual profit higher than the previous year. Even though I was not affected, I feel embarassed that the higher management shows a lot of greed and being inconsiderate towards employees who work day and night to provide high values and top service to the clients.

Culture of the company is really great providing the delicious food and maintaining healthy work environment is fabulous

There is no job security . Never expected that FW would laid off 660 employee in an hour without any prior notice though company were making the good profit. At the end your an employee how well you perform they will thrown you out just like tissue paper.
