The exposure to technology I got here, I was accepted and never fell line an outage in 12yrs that I Worked here. It always gave me ways to create perfect work life and personal life balance

Dislikes

The sudden jerk I got when I was laid off due to merger and acquisition. This is the sad part of working in big organisations line Veritas when investors take first opportunity to kick out valued employees and suddenly your role becomes redundant. In my 12yrs of time here, I have seen this happening manier times!!

Amazing work culture. People here are very friendly, supportive and chill. That includes managers,leads too. Employee friendly working culture with hybrid working, flexible hours,goal driven approach and quarterly outings,lunches and so many events to cherish employees. Technology wise a lot of good techs to work on and learn. Pune office is great.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike except some uncertainties wrt job like business deals,layoffs, product future etc.

Not too good work older technology so people come at 12pm and leave 4 pm

Too much politics. Politically motivated promotions. Incapable leaders directors. All the development teams are lead by QA managers who have no hint of development. No direction to company due to very inefficient vp and svp . Management has created a nexus . Not a place for honest and talented employees

It's not what it looks like. All gimmick. Folks are tired and angry at the management. Development work is at its lowest. Frequent changes to the management and ever changing project plans are only adding to the woes. Employees are only sticking to this company in the hope that the RSUs (RSU for less salary was a bad negotiation) are worth something if/when the company goes IPO
