Company do not give salary as per appointment latter. Also do not give salary on time in every month.

gives salary after next month end... harasses employee and cut sallary every month minimum 20% to 30%...and logout time is not fix If mangement wants work continues after logout time you should be work there no time management...they wants only company growth after they don't care about employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
