I had a good mentor and the company had decent funding and support

Dislikes

The management is incompetent, especially when it comes to running and scaling a business or understanding what is branding and marketing. As a Brand Manager, I was asked to do ORM, and there is a very clear hierarchy culture. The typical line of the CEO is - I want this yesterday when she herself doesn't know what she wants.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
