- You will get one long weekend in month, Third Friday is holiday. - Cab allowance ( Max limit of 3k, If you come 6 days in a month ) - Fitness allowance ( 2k per month ) - HR / Recruitment team are good comparing others.

- Toxic culture to the core. - Zero learning in terms of technology, project, team collaboration. Culture is very toxic, you will be treated as slave by scrum master, engineering managers. They don’t know how to respect humans. They always try to blame the teammate’s efforts. - Don’t see this as product company, Its a extreme levelof service company. There will always be a competition between India and UK Team for who is going to take the project. - Due to these competitions, You will be forced to complete the tasks before estimated time. Everyone across engineering team are facing this issue because of inefficient scrum masters in company. - People from UK / US are treated like god, Scrum master won’t even listen our words. - There is big trap in variable pay, joining bonus - If you receive it you will fall in the trap of locking period. Trust me, you don’t know about the company in your probation period. - Technology among the projects are emerging than before. But the problem is with the managers who are not experienced in latest technologies. My experience at Forbes Advisor has been extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting. Managers like Madhu and Angel assign tasks without discussing timelines or effort estimates, and then constantly pressure and micromanage you to meet unrealistic deadlines. There’s no proper knowledge sharing within the team, and frequent unstructured task switching makes it hard to focus and deliver quality work. The unhealthy culture of constant comparison among team members further adds to the stress. There is no sense of diversity or inclusion—hiring decisions seem biased, and new hires are often dominated and treated unfairly, especially if they are from the North. The toxic work environment severely impacted mental health within few month of joining, making it hard to stay motivated and productive.
