Work culture is pathetic. They will treat you as if you are there servant, and working as per there needs and requirements. Earlier they will tell you work from home profile then asked you to sit for 5-6 hours in any of the corporate you cracked. Bad behaviour by the owner, he used to argue many a times.

Work policy: If you crack business from any of the corporate, then the owner of the company asked you to make it your work station. Bad work culture
