Mortgage industry is performing poor as a whole. The company and management is very cooperative and good. It is highly recommended for an individual to upskill regularly in mortgage industry else it is hard to survive and also while switching jobs there is a dearth of opportunities.

Nothing, Do not join guys they re expert in layoffs, every 23 months they are running this layoffs drama, Poor market prediction, poor management, they will hire you without market research and fire you without thinking about your life.

Dislikes

Joining this company is very very dangerous to your healthy career ahead. No branded company will recognize your experience as worth, it will provide a very negative impact in your resume. It is very hard to find a job after they will kick you out in the name of layoffs. Please do not destroy your career. Be patience and join some other company and get a stable career ahead.

It's good to start with in terms of freshers but not really benefit all for tenured people

Dislikes

Growth very very limited, very less salary hikes, skills development is nil. Growth chart is hazy, nothing clear what new hierarchy could be introduced the next yr. Or what new post is added to the cycle. Management looks polite and supportive on meetings and townhall but internally it creates tention in the team. Uneven work load, some people sit full shift enjoying and sleeping in night shift but specific owning team members are drenched completely.
