Overall a good company with some right vision from the US management team. India operation needs to evolve a lot. Leadership needs to handle critical feedback delicately then trying to be defensive about it. Less bias and open minded approach will help.

It's good to start with in terms of freshers but not really benefit all for tenured people

Growth very very limited, very less salary hikes, skills development is nil. Growth chart is hazy, nothing clear what new hierarchy could be introduced the next yr. Or what new post is added to the cycle. Management looks polite and supportive on meetings and townhall but internally it creates tention in the team. Uneven work load, some people sit full shift enjoying and sleeping in night shift but specific owning team members are drenched completely. I began at Flyhomes in the middle of the most challenging times I have ever seen (amidst covid). Most businesses were struggling but our company was constantly hiring and growing! Aside from that, there's flexibility with work hours, the work environment is healthy, no one will hold your errors against you, there are patient trainers, and the managers constantly help their subordinates grow!

Training for all the departments happens differently! It will be nice to see a standard style of training plan across all departments.
