It's good to start with in terms of freshers but not really benefit all for tenured people

Growth very very limited, very less salary hikes, skills development is nil. Growth chart is hazy, nothing clear what new hierarchy could be introduced the next yr. Or what new post is added to the cycle. Management looks polite and supportive on meetings and townhall but internally it creates tention in the team. Uneven work load, some people sit full shift enjoying and sleeping in night shift but specific owning team members are drenched completely. After working for so long and hard the next day starts with error tracker(nightmare for many, Team develop grudges internally). Things are very manual. Okay for freshers but not for growth oriented and tenured people

Good work environment and good culture, Teammates are very supportive, interactive nature. Best work-life balance, good support from the seniors, and a lot of opportunities to test our skills and grow in our carrier

Somehow less salary Packages than market.

The Company was such an amazing place to work for back in 2020 and 2021. The team was so enthusiastic and such open to dive deep. Remote First Company The Best if your Manager is not an Indian

Indian Managers think they rule the company.They've spoilt the company's core culture and their micromanagement and spreading layoff rumors and gossips to their team members is never encouraged.

Overall a good company with some right vision from the US management team. India operation needs to evolve a lot. Leadership needs to handle critical feedback delicately then trying to be defensive about it. Less bias and open minded approach will help.

Senior Management is a big issue. Its all old colleagues group who would not allow you to grow and they would like to control you in every step of your work. They make so much promises at the time of joining however do not keep even a single one intact.
