The office culture and work life balance. Nice company. I have a great expereince with Floatingchip Internet Technologies. The best company to get exposure. Owner always encourge employees to learn new skills and implement those in the process.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
