Rude management Owner think employees are puppet and behave rudely with them No salary increment for 5 years if you don't ask them to(that also you have to remind them 5-7 times, hoping they will increase this time) No HR and one of their family members who is too old to handle such things is handling. Who also so obsessed in savingmoney that the person coming to serve tea, he is asking that person to give half cup only to save money. They didn't issue me reliving letter or experience letter after 8 months of my employment. Overall, worst company ever....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
