Didn't ever think about me. I have served 4 and half year in this company. I have just said bad words to transportation and they have terminated me. Transport comes late everyday and I have been silent always.

I wasn't fired. And I was given freedom to try to designing which helped to gain knowledge. But also faced difficulties by not have clear info of what the really want. Ceo has struggling to explain his work needs.

Dislikes

I was demanded to work for three brands but my salary wasn't increased. I used to work for 10 or even 10.30 pm. But still my work was not recognized. I was offered WFH but Ceo demanded to come and work in office. But they offer permission to shift the timing but I didn't want to take advantage of it . I use to work over time for them.

Even higher education is not in this organisation they provide good employment and also recently sky process launched part time that was the best opportunity for students, preparing for govt jobs etc ,,this will help there a lot to financially support.

Dislikes

First source provides only one cab. Job security is poor Work culture, management behaviour, partiality etc., And the most important I am working comcast process the shift timings are very bad.

This is friendly nature company. We can do work freely no stress.

Transportation first source is giving only one way whichi bad. And food no free food and less salary.

No worklife balance, Shift keeps changing frequently affecting your health, team leaders borrowing money from the whole team and not returning the same, Partiality to the select few who are ready to hold the bucket for team leader.

There was a lot of politics in that company, only the sycophants and special ones of the manager and team leader got the opportunities, rest all just did work like donkeys, that is why I left that place.
