Poor internal management. Unfriendly HRs, especially "A. Singhania".....complete politics in the office. Real issues will be suppressed by AM or Manager, the mistake is proven to be the organisation's end. Proceed at your own risk. If you work well here, they will make you work more, and it would be your responsibility to take a note of how much you have worked other than your login hours. Completely irresponsible management. My phone was stolen in this office during the third month...everyone including HR and manager suppressed my voice with all the lies and no action has been taken further. Just the recruitment Team is good helping the candidate to get hired.

After clearing 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.

The HR of the company is too rude. They just terminated the person looking on the chats of 11months before which was not clear at all. One of the employee went to HR and said it's a password shared to other without any proof the agent was terminate. No value to the people who work effectively.
