It gives you the freedom to work. The employees are down to earth and very helpful. They are very open to suggestions and always motivate you to come out with new ideas to improve the systems. A place where you keep learning every day and you are made to feel at home. Very lively place and a blessing to be part of this family.

Appraisals are Poor and Increments very slow. Not much scope to grow as limited staff.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
