So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? They give freshers a chance.

Dislikes

It's a hell lot of pressure, no proper working culture. In name of trainee they extract work like buffaloes. And no proper timing management for employee, sometimes 8 hrs, 9 hrs or even it takes 10 to 11 hrs also. No proper behaviour with trainees or employee. Their is no lab activity done in here, no quality checks.
