There is nothing as great that FFI can offer for career growth and opportunities nor you get a chance to enhance your skills.

Dislikes

There is nothing great that FFI can offer for your career growth , opportunities or to enhance your skills. Slog and get paid is the mantra is what I understood during my tenure. Since there was no HR forum concerns related to behavioral and language issues or conducting employees bad could not be raised and all the bad experiences which we needed to highlight went unnoticed.

Work Details

Was HR & Administration Executive Handling Visa processing, courier, front office , inbound calls etc.,

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
