The company has a global client base. There are a lot of twists in comparison to standard recipes which were good in a way. All colleagues came from different backgrounds and we were a good team.

Dislikes

Compensation was decent, but growth is null and was only based on politics and how well your relations are with General Manager. There was no work-life balance, as staff was not allowed to interact with each other after work hours. General manager doesn’t value an indivisual’s strenghts. They treat their staff as cheap labour, and I’m not sure if owner takes an keep interest in staff, blind folded with General manager’s decisions....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
