EXPLOITATION No salary payment on time we must wait two or three months after working forone month in order to receive that month's pay; this is also uncertain. They required a work update and have not been given the laptops to the employees. If we have any issues contacting Hr, they never get in touch.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
