There was nothing to like and spending everyday was unbearable.

Dislikes

1. False commitment while hiring, they told me that office is under renovation and I will have to work from the Academy located at Vaishali for a week, which was a lie. No office was under construction and I use to work from a small nail art lab in the academy with stools to sit for 8hours. 2. Micro management - The director use to monitor everyone through CCTV camera, once I was replying to an urgent text from my phone and I got a call from director saying, "Seems like you are free! engaged on your personal phone" 3. No personal time after work hours - Director use to call after hours for report and even to female staff, also expected us to review calls/mails after reaching home. 4. Lala Policy - Once my junior was surprisingly quiet unlike other days,I asked what happened? She told me that the director called her around 9pm,she couldn't answer as she was having dinner, she called back, he was angry that she didn't answer the call, and as it was his important work to which she didn't answer so she have to bear Rs.1000/- penalty on her salary. 5. No Job Security - In the span of 2 months I saw so many people getting fired without any notice or valid reason. Same happened with me in mid of the month as the director was smart enough to hire me in mid month, and save half month's salary as he can fire anytime, be it just before salary. 6. No Fixed Payday - I was told that the pay day is between 7th to 10th of every month, but the fact was that we had to wait for 14th or 15th to get our salary. 7. I was fortunate enough to leave the company right after second month as it would have a waste of time and resume, but I revived F&F for the month of March, 2021 in September, 2021 that too after calling them atleast 50 times a day even a police complaint.
