There is no job security at all, But you can learn something new only if you have some interest on that particular technology.

There is no internal training, Employee need to acquire certifications, seeking new technology with own money. Management never help employee to acquire new certifications. Without any notice period employer fire employee also with out any valid reason. Internal politics is high. There is no benefits and facilities available from the company.

Employee can work like a donkey. Only Management team have all facility and benefits. From an employee view the job seeker do not expect anything other than salary from the company. Don't expect good salary from this company.

The best thing about Eynetech Services is the collegues. Teammates are friendly and always ready to help. Not fresher's Eynetech is the best place to start with. Management is good and tried to take a logical stand most of the time.

Dislikes

The weekend shifts sometimes can turn out to be hectic. It's 24/7 working so there are no outing or any external activities for employees. There are no transport facilities or food available for night shift employees

Work Details

The work is all about Windows server and workstation management basically and taking care of the backups. A lot of work in office 365 and Azure sectot
