Almost everything that comes to mind if you are in Technology Consulting and joined Big 4, especially EY then you are doomed. Hardly relevant projects and positions, layoffs and no proper mapping of skillset with role. Horrific HR, Talent and Resource Management. QE department is even worse due to their management.
