Culture is good. Good learning opportunities are there

Dislikes

In testing/QA department leads are not good. No proper hikes for QA. WFH polices are not good.

Work Details

Work policy: 11 days in month with irrespective of leaves and public holidays

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Work Environment is very good, colleagues are good.

Dislikes

No facilities like cab, 3 day wfo is mandatory which is very difficult for people travelling from far distance. Higher management is changed so we are being treated like primary school kids.

Some teams are good but many teams under testing practice are not at all good
