Bhai main jo dekh raha hoon woh salary range 8 LPA se leke 13 LPA tak ho sakti hai in these companies. Lekin apni skill aur negotiation se thoda upar bhi jaa sakta hai. Try kar.

Yaar in companies jaise Deloitte aur Accenture, 3.10 saal ke experience wale Azure Data Engineer ke liye salary lagbhag 9-12 LPA ke aas paas milti hai. Lekin city, role, aur skills pe bhi depend karta hai. Negotiation toh karna hi padega 🙄

Need Advice: For Job Switch
I have 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst with a CTC of 8.5 LPA (8.1 LPA fixed, rest variable). I am currently working at an MNC and looking to switch companies. What percentage of a salary hike should I ask for?
How can I increase my chances of getting a good salary? I plan to stay in my next company for 2-3 years or more.
My skills: Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python, Excel, GCP (BigQuery), Informatica, Power BI.
