Bdo India LLP is worst but jot limited to Bad work life balance, No motivation or appreciation for good work such as good awards or events/ get togethers, very poor client handling by the management, worst office politics by managers. Apart from these, managers seem to have no sense of professionalism as they'll disturb you at odd hours and even when you're on sick leave. The process I am working in has to be the worst as we are expected to work for three weeks straight without a leave or holiday on every month end, which seems very less needed as the work can be managed on weekdays if done efficiently. Even the salary is less as compared to standard, and the promised bonuses are not received on time. Nothing is like about bdo india.

Dislikes

There’s a lot of internal politics happening at Bdo these days. They may go to any extent to force you to resign. Additionally, their policy on variable pay is terrible, and you shouldn’t expect any salary increments or appraisals. Even if you don’t have a job in hand, its better not to join. The leadership team run things with a dictatorship-like approach.

I lost my job From BDO. Despite giving my 100% because of my supervisor ego. I don't know why he has been selected as Supervisor because he has poor communication, poor leadership, poor team management and poor knowledge. I don't know why Management is not auditing his work. I can't say about overall BDO but the process which I'm part of doesn't provide good working experience in terms of variety of works. Also I can't see desired growth of mine even when I outperform my job role.

Overall it’s great to work in this company. Job security, flexibility, work life balance, environment is good.

Nowadays the appraisal part is getting on everybody’s nerves. Since you gave your more than 100% still you’ll receive a very basic hike and low balance.

Many things which i dislike about the company , like work life balance -zero, salary increment- zero, at the time of relieving -90 days notice period is compulsory. But during work tenure - you are zero , you are not doing anything, you dont know how to handle tasks.
