Apart from these, managers seem to have no sense of professionalism as they'll disturb you at odd hours and even when you're on sick leave. The process I am working in has to be the worst as we are expected to work for three weeks straight without a leave or holiday on every month end, which seems very less needed as the work can be managed on weekdays if done efficiently. Even the salary is less as compared to standard, and the promised bonuses are not received on time.
