Work life balance used to be there earlier but not there anymore so nothing left to like

Dislikes

1. Management politics 2. Appraisal is given to only those who knows buttering 3. No good exposure to assignments 4. Policies are in favour of Partners. Highly unfavourable for employees 5. Hiring is done with increments but no appraisals given except if you are a butterer 6. No parties or incentives for employees to keep employees cheered 7. No growth prospects 8. HR is for the sake of name here and does not support employees in front of seniors 9. Poor technological adoption and manual systems 10. The only thing to like about company is the big 5 tag. Company work culture is terrible.

Dislikes

There are many things to be disliked but I will put some - 1. There is zero work life balance. No overtime pay for stretched working hours 2. Employees are not getting proper respect and always bullied by management and always put pressure on employees for stretching the working hours. 3. There is no proper process, so that new joinees get proper training and sop 4. HR is the puppet of management and there for only name sake 5. Employees are overburdened with work in the name of cost cutting and so employees are asked to stretch atleast 80% of the days in a month. If employee denies is bullied and asked to resign 6. Work life balance can be improve in company. Some people like Rajesh Purohit doesn't have manners to how to talk with seniors, he don't know how to be with collegue .He only love to play politics in a company. Girls kindly stay away from him.
