Employee engagement. Their employee satisfaction reviews seems fake and manipulative, mostly. The Partner won’t let you spend the budget to your team member and it’s their tendency to put themselves in limelight that he is the sole owner of your life. I feel very fortunate to work with EY, especially during times when other companies are laying off the employees. EY has taken care of its employees in every aspect. I hope it continues to do so in future.

The salary is very low when compared to other competitors, but in teams, like mine, where I work at any time and also where I work more than 12 hours days, we expect and desire more than just a same salary. Even till now we maintain full productivity. However there’s a lot of office politics,which sometimes are unbearable</mark>. I have worked with other teams where EY culture is more evident, but it doesn’t seems to apply to my team. They are much focused on work hours if we fail to reach the target then there is no difference between those who under perform vs those who miss by 1 or 2 percentage.
