EXL Services offers tremendous job security. That is the only good thing about working here.

Where do I start: 1. Company Culture - a) Zero, no feedback mechanism in place, appraisal discussions are unheard of! b) Unresponsive managers 2. Benefits - a) The medical benefits are so poor, if you ever need hospital admission, use your private policy else you'll end up paying a hefty amount due to co-pay and many other restrictions in EXL Insurance. b) Parents coverage which is so critical - provided at exorbitantly high rates. So many of us prefer taking a private medical insurance for our parents rather than taking it from EXL c) No team budget for engaging in out-of-work activities leading to zero team bonding, everybody working in silos 3. Compensation & Career Progression - a) Career Progression is so skewed - heavy favoritism in promotions b) Compensation - Below industry average compensation given to employees, recruitment decisions are primarily made on the basis of package to be offered, rather than knowledge & skill. The kinds of skills required for the process company not able to focus on hiring that talent. Inspite of that company focus on cost saving. Treat their employees like a slave.
