I am no more associated with organisation. I left to add experiences in other fields with intension to re-join at later age. Now it is time that I wish to work with it if got an appropriate opportunity. I wish it would be my last organisation.

Work Details

I was QCA role in property and casualty Insurance project. And it was great learning at initial stage of my career. Moved out to enhance my knowledge in other fields with intension re-join in future.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
