Small Company playing with employees carriers, Not giving growth/movement to employees. Terrible politics

I dislike everything about EXL. Management and HR is not co-operative. No HR skip, 1-0-1. Not a good food court.

I joined as a Lead Assistant Manager. There is no skip done by HR or Management in my 2 year of span. I have seen no growth opportunity given to associate level OR managerial level. Just one thing, they give good salary but other than that there is nothin

EXL lures its clients with the incentive of high level of data security, which it enforces by depriving its employees any access to their smart phones, or internet services on their work systems, even printed materials like books etc. The kind of work outsourced to its India based offices is not up to the level for a consultancy service, but still the work hours are not flexible...even if the work was worth only half an hour, you have to waste eight to ten hours here just doing nothing, because apparently you weren't allowed to bring even your smartphone. The upper management is also just show offs, with no actual knowledge or experience that they can impart to their juniors.
