I was in US in March'20 supposed to be there till mid April. The pandemic spread almost all over the world and we know the condition of US on covid 19 virus. It was friday we got an email from EXL leadership including HRs asking no matter what the lose, no matter how much the cost, just book ur Flight for saterday and pack ur bags.After landing to our home country, EXL has provided full time work from home with all the technical and moral supports. I did not even notice a lose of a single penny by any mean, salary and other important reimbursements are approved on time.
