Old traditional minded people. There is no proper system for the billing & tracking. No work life balance. Politics. Doesn't matter how effectively you work here they will always blame you. Unskilled people at maneger level because they are here from long time.

They can kick us out of the company any time if we stand against or question for our promotion. They don't keep us for our good performance nor we are appraised for it. They play political games among employees. I would like to mention the name of my manager who just insulted me without any reason and terminated. Her name is Ms. Payal.

I can't like blue dart. Blue dart didn't give me a chance to present my case

I have worked in blue dart for 8 years but I have been asked to resign by someone I have spoken to GM/HR but they don't believe what the employee is saying. In Blue Dart, the people in the position of manager plan with the MPC staff and arrange to send the termination letter to the BD staff. If such a situation remains in blue dart, all offices will have to do RSP.

A very immatured approach of the Management. No clear vision. Because of being ownerless organization, there is no proper directives and professional approaches. The company does not know where it would be 5 years down the line. The business is going ahead because of the brand name. Everything are shown absolutely nothing but a hoaxtheory.
