The Vertical Head BFSI will oversee all strategic business activities within the BFSI vertical, leading key client relationships, driving growth, and delivering innovative logistics solutions that meet the industry's complex demands.

This role is responsible for managing the BFSI vertical end-to-end, focusing on revenue generation, customer retention, and development of secure and reliable supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute a comprehensive BFSI vertical strategy.
• Drive growth by expanding market share, increasing revenue, and improving service delivery.
• Ensure that all logistics services meet the stringent compliance and security standards of BFSI clients.

Client Management & Partnerships

• Develop strong relationships with banks, insurance providers, and fintech companies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met.
• Oversee contract negotiations, SLA adherence, and long-term client satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement secure handling processes.
• Improve efficiency and ensure seamless delivery of time-sensitive documents and shipments.
• Utilize technology to enhance tracking, security, and overall service quality.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

• Stay informed about BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
• Benchmark against competitors to ensure Blue Darts offerings remain competitive and differentiated.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on new product and service opportunities.

Team Development

• Lead a dedicated team focused on BFSI operations and client management.
