The Vertical Head E-Retail & Fashion will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of the E-Retail & Fashion vertical, developing innovative solutions to address the unique challenges of these fast-paced industries.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and enhancing Blue Darts leadership position in the e-retail and fashion sectors through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to increase market share and revenue in the e-retail and fashion verticals.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities, technologies, and best practices to enhance the customer experience.
• Align vertical goals with the organizations overall business objectives.

Client Management & Partnerships

• Build strong, sustainable relationships with top-tier e-commerce and fashion clients.
• Act as the primary escalation point for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining client trust.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions.

Operational Excellence

• Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations, reduce costs, and ensure service quality.
• Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance delivery accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor vertical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Market Intelligence & Industry Insights

• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging logistics technologies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to ensure Blue Darts solutions remain competitive and differentiated.
• Share insights with leadership and contribute to the development of new product offerings.

Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to the e-retail and fashion verticals.
• Establish clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration to improve team performance.
