This role focuses on expanding market share, developing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence for the Hi-Tech & Conglomerates vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Set and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Hi-Tech & Conglomerates vertical.
• Drive revenue growth, improve market share, and increase customer satisfaction through innovative logistics solutions.
• Align vertical initiatives with the overall organizational strategy.

Client Management & Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with key high-tech and conglomerate clients.
• Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring customer concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored logistics solutions.

Operational Excellence

• Partner with internal teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Leverage technology and analytics to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Market Intelligence & Industry Insights

• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
