The Senior Manager Product Strategy will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of new products and enhancements to existing offerings. The role involves understanding market trends, identifying customer needs, and working cross-functionally to ensure the successful rollout and optimization of products that align with Blue Darts strategic objectives.

This role is responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, leading innovation initiatives, and ensuring that Blue Darts product portfolio meets the evolving needs of its customers while maintaining competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development to market launch and performance optimization.
• Identify market opportunities and create products that address customer needs while differentiating Blue Dart from competitors.

Market Insights & Competitive Benchmarking

• Conduct extensive market research to understand industry trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings.
• Use data-driven insights to refine product features, pricing strategies, and service delivery models.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis and business performance metrics.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product rollouts.
• Establish clear communication channels to align stakeholders on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination on product initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies, process improvements, and industry best practices.
• Implement feedback loops to gather insights from customers, sales teams, and market trends.
• Continuously refine product offerings to maintain a competitive edge and improve the overall customer experience.
