Key Responsibilities

Product Innovation & Strategy

• Define and implement the B2B product roadmap in alignment with Blue Darts strategic goals.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance B2B service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop products that improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Customer & Market Insights

• Conduct regular meetings and surveys with B2B clients to gather feedback and identify unmet needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize product improvements and feature enhancements.

Operational Alignment

• Partner with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of B2B products into existing workflows.
• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to implement technology upgrades and process automation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and smooth product rollouts.

Profitability, Margins, and Growth Focus

• Design and implement strategies that improve profit margins and achieve growth rates faster than the market average.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance to refine product offerings and ensure sustainable profitability.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

• define KPIs to evaluate the performance of B2B products
• Continuously monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to assess revenue impact, cost savings, and customer retention.
