About The Role :

As a critical function within the Treasury organization, Treasury Technology plays a key role in enabling seamless operations, managing liquidity, optimizing cash management and ensuring the efficiency of processes and systems. Our team partners closely with Treasury, IT, Accounting and other Finance groups to implement cutting edge solutions that drive automation and support strategic decision making.This Business Analyst position has a critical role in Intel's overall ERP transformation, implementing SAP S/4 HANA capabilities for Treasury Cash modules. This includes In House Cash, Intercompany Loans and Transactions, Cash Positioning and Market Data. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the transformation and improvement of end-to-end Treasury Cash processes. As a Business Analyst supporting the S/4 ERP Implementation, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Build the new capabilities:Provide business requirements and specifications for IT and external consultants to build and configure ERP capabilities, balancing business needs and standard processes
Work closely with Master data lead to ensure data integrity and governance
Work with Data and Analytics team on reporting requirements and testing
Testing:Lead testing phases - Integration Testing, Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This includes preparation of Test scripts to verify system and interfaces functionality, analysis and validation of test results, test and track overall test plan, ensure defects are resolved and report out the results.
Cutover and Data Migration:Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to the new S4 system. Monitor and validate data loads during cutover cycles to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Transition and Change Management:Understand process changes and new Solution Design Decisions, and train the user community accordingly
Collaborate- Create and maintain business partner relationships with cross-functional teams, such as Treasury Accounting and Intercompany Accounting, IT, Finance and external consultants to provide guidance, drive efficiency, and optimize process execution.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
Proficient knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, SAP products, including In House Cash. TRM, bank account management, APM, MBC - advantage.
Proficient knowledge on core Treasury processes
Strong communication and planning skills and desire to challenge the status-quo
Demonstrated analytical, research, conceptual skills
Work on a fast-paced team and adapt to rapidly changing situations and conditions as well as a drive for action
Draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, information systems, industrial engineering or related field.
5+ years of related practical experience.
Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written)
SAP Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using/implementing SAP S4 HANA, IHC/TRM
Experience leading/executing global processes/projects
Experience with BPM and continual process improvement
