The role is responsible for designing, launching, and scaling international logistics products that meet the evolving needs of global e-commerce players, export businesses, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy

• Define and manage the product roadmap for international shipping solutions.
• Develop products that cater to the needs of global e-commerce clients, SMEs, and multinational companies.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and data protection standards.

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Stay updated on global trade trends, currency fluctuations, and regional regulations.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Use data analytics to refine pricing strategies, optimize shipping routes, and improve service levels.

Customer-Centric Product Design

• Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and preferences.
• Partner with operations and IT teams to implement technology solutions that enhance tracking, transparency, and delivery speed.
• Introduce value-added services such as priority customs clearance, insurance options, and flexible delivery schedules.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to ensure smooth product rollouts.
• Maintain open lines of communication with global partners and regional hubs to streamline international processes.
• Partner with finance to develop sustainable pricing models that balance profitability and competitiveness.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Establish KPIs to track the success of international logistics products.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
• Continuously iterate on product features and service offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Profitability, Margins, and Growth Focus

• Design and implement strategies that improve profit margins and achieve growth rates faster than the market average.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance to refine product offerings and ensure sustainable profitability.
