Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
2) End-to-End Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
3) Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our doorstep EV charging solutions.
4) Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets.
5) Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
6) Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
7) Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
8) Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.
9) Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
10) Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1) Proven success in closing high ticket B2B sales and partnerships, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
2) Proven Financial acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solution as per the client's need
3) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4) Outstanding organizational, team and time management abilities.
5) Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
6) Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
7) Master's degree in Business Administration or related field .
