Position Overview :
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Deputy Manager / Senior Executive for Sales, specializing in insulation products such as Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Panels, Sheeting, and Prefabricated solutions.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in expanding our market presence.
- This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in insulation products and strong sales acumen to foster business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the insulation products segment (PEB, Panels, Sheeting, Prefabricated Solutions).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meet customers to present products and provide technical advice on insulation solutions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the management.
2. Product Knowledge & Consultation
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects and benefits of insulation products such as PEB, Panels, Sheeting, and Prefabricated structures.
- Advise clients on the best insulation solutions based on their project requirements, environmental conditions, and budget.
- Provide technical support and guidance during product selection, installation, and after-sales services.
3. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance market share.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support the development of new products and service improvements.
4. Project Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Coordinate between sales, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely and successful project completions.
- Provide necessary documentation, including quotes, contracts, and project specifications.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management meetings.
- Track customer feedback and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or Business Administration. A post-graduate qualification or specialization in sales/marketing is an advantage.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or insulation products industry.
- Prior experience selling Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), panels, sheeting, or prefabricated solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of insulation products, construction industry trends, and client requirements.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose customized insulation solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
