Company Culture is Good. They giving yearly Company birthday gift. System software working and my working skills.

Employees are working in local peoples and they are playing in local politics. Local office peoples are not supporting for growth level. Am working very hard and supporting management. Over time working upto 12hrs.But having low salary.
