I joined as C2H and they treat us worse than trash. My manager made my life hell, there was no holidays during festivals nor a comp off. I was never allowed to take leave when sick but handled work of 3-4 people on a regular basis in name of team efforts. Though I was a top performer, they never gave me a full time role nor any benefits other than being underpaid with more work. There was a lot of politics owing to religion and I saw so many peers leaving rather than joining but the manager was happily sitting on his seat blaming everyone for being horrible employees rather than evaluating that he wasn't a good manager. Working here gave me anxiety and depression. I am grateful for the opportunity and will always value them giving me a chance but no job is ever worth the toxic manager and bad environment....Read More
