One of the third class organisation. I have been worked with blue dart as a customer service executive. At my tenure I haven't seen any HR because everything control by manager. Even if the person left the company no HR come and ask you why you leaving the organisation. Manager (Seema) was one of the third class person you are been working under. The company is very excellent but never go in the customer service department as i feel like i am not working i am studying over there its like a school or college do no go for breaks without asking no future growth management is very terrible and poor and what should i say 90% employees wants to leave bluedart from CS process they all are so annoyed never join in Cs
