Good for beginners as the brand is established. Can spend some time to get the knowledge and then switch to better opportunities. Lot of cultural activities and team management.
Dislikes
No career growth, compensation and benefits not as per market standards, salary very low.Practice of Favouritism, no scope for new learning and development , same monotonous job , can not get scope to change departments as managers will not allow for same.No policy of incentive or compensation for extra effort. Age gap difference asmost people have been doing same job for years and on same post. Group ism as per age difference and benefits for old employees....Read More
