I had a very bad experience working at this company. While coming to the office, I met with an accident and was on bed rest for two months. Instead of supporting me, the company never helped me claim my ESIC benefits. They even submitted the wrong report to the ESIC office, making things even more difficult for me. After facing so much hardship, they unfairly terminated me, citing holidays as the reason—even though all my leaves were approved by them. This company does not care about its employees' well-being.
