I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Pay is good. Interview process was smooth and clear. There is a lot pf transparency in the team and also people are really helping here. Totally remote working.

Dislikes

No perks. Health insurance not good. Work life balance is off. You need to work more than 9 hours daily. Sometimes it extends to more than 12 hrs, with no overtime pay.
