No job security in any sales job. If someone wants to treat company like a family so this is not the right one because here Management do not celebrate festivals at all. If you are looking for career growth after having good experience outside they wont consider your previous at all, b ut they need good experience people for doing work. Too much gossiping Management dont take employee's feedback for Improvements. If someone wants to take leaves or WFH its not easy thing here. Compulsory 6 days working. Some Sundays and Government holidays also should work ( Only sometimes if you dont do your target) Very strict office timings , if you late you will get warning mail from HR, which will disappoint your whole work day.
