There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

The office politics are unbearable. It’s hard to get anything done with all the backstabbing. The endless cycle of praise for those who conform to management’s expectations is disheartening for those of us who truly work hard.

...orale. HR’s lack of communication creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. It felt like a bait-and-switch regarding the variable pay. They should be ashamed!

The management team is out of touch with the employees. They have no idea what’s happening on the ground and don’t care to find out. The competitive nature of the workplace fosters resentment rather than teamwork.

...g to see junior staff earning more than those of us with a decade of experience. The pay structure is completely skewed. WFH privileges seem to be awarded based on personal relationships rather than merit.

The pay is barely enough to get by, especially considering the amount of work we do. This company claims to value its employees, but actions speak louder than words.

They say you’ll get training, but it’s all a facade; you’re just thrown into the deep end. I’ve seen many talented people pushed out because of impossible PIPs. It’s disheartening. There’s a constant threat of layoffs; job security is nonexistent.

Constantly pressured to do more with no additional compensation or recognition. A very toxic culture. The turnover rate is alarming. It’s clear that many are unhappy here, and I’m starting to understand why. You’re expected to work overtime without any real benefit, and there’s no clear path to promotion.
